We’re so happy you’re here. Volunteers are the heartbeat of our school — and whether you’re a first-timer or a returning pro, we truly couldn’t do this without you. From helping out in the classroom, pitching in at events, or lending your talents behind the scenes, your time means the world.
We know everyone’s juggling a lot, and that’s why we’re grateful for any amount of time you can give. Big or small, every little bit adds up to something really special for our kids. Not sure where to start? Just take a look around — there’s a place for you here. And if you have questions, ideas, or want to try something new, don’t be shy — reach out. We’re in this together.

LEARN MORE AT OUR VOLUNTEER FAIR:
August 22 @ 8:30-am in the MPR!
All school volunteers must be cleared before they can begin volunteering. Volunteer clearance has to be renewed every year. It does not carry over. We re-run all names through the Megan’s Law database and check that your TB test is up to date.
To volunteer, you must:
1) Read and adhere to the District's Volunteer Code of Conduct
2) Submit the 25-26 Dingeman Volunteer Application
(click and download the application)
Note: Leave “teacher name” blank if you are completing before school starts.
3) Provide a copy of a clear TB test with your application.
4) Provide a copy of your Driver’s License.
IMPORTANT: You will not receive a reply or a confirmation that your email has been received. If you have not gotten a reply two weeks after submitting your packet, you are cleared to volunteer. The list of cleared volunteers will not be released until after school starts.
TURN IN YOUR PACKET:
You can drop off your completed application and supporting documents at the front office Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 3:15 p.m., or email Donna Rezanka @ drezanka@sandi.net.
